ON MAKING SUPPLEMENTS TO THE LAW “ON BANK SECRECY”
Article 1.
Part 1 of Article 13.4 of Law HO-80 of 7 October 1996 “On bank secrecy” (hereinafter referred to as “the Law”) shall be supplemented with the words “, the Constitutional Law “On political parties” and the Electoral Code of the Republic of Armenia” after the words “by the Law “On the Corruption Prevention Commission”.
Article 2. The Law shall be supplemented with Article 13.6 which shall read as follows:

Provision of bank secrecy to the Oversight and Audit Service |
1. In the cases prescribed by the Electoral Code of the Republic of Armenia, the provision of information constituting bank secrecy to the Oversight and Audit Service shall not be considered as disclosure of bank secrecy.
2. Provision of information constituting bank secrecy prescribed by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia “On referendum” and the Law “On local referendum” to the Oversight and Audit Service shall not be considered as disclosure of bank secrecy.
Article 3. This Law shall enter into force on 1 January 2025.
