OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA

ON MAKING AN AMENDMENT TO THE LAW “ON INSURANCE AND INSURANCE ACTIVITIES”

Article 1. In point 18 of part 1 of Article 3 of Law HO-177-N of 9 April 2007 “On insurance and insurance activities”, the words “On the protection of economic competition” shall be replaced with the words “On the protection of economic competition and consumer interests”.

Article 2. This Law shall enter into force on 1 August 2025.
