OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA

ON MAKING AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW “ON PAWN SHOPS AND PAWN SHOP ACTIVITIES”

Article 1. In part 3 of Article 15 of Law HO-43-N of 3 December 2003 “On pawn shops and pawn shop activities”, the words “It shall publish” shall be replaced with the words “Pawnbrokers shall publish”, and the words “in the press having a print run of at least 1 000 copies” shall be replaced with the words “on the official website for public notifications of the Republic of Armenia at http://www.azdarar.am”.

Article 2. This Law shall enter into force on the tenth day following the day of its official promulgation.
