ON MAKING A SUPPLEMENT TO THE LAW “ON INSURANCE AND INSURANCE ACTIVITIES”
Article 1.
Article 1 of Law HO-177-N of 9 April 2007 “On insurance and insurance activities” shall be supplemented with part 4.1 which shall read as follows:“4.1. This Law shall not extend to the relations provided for by the Law “On universal health insurance”.”
Article 2. This Law shall enter into force on the day following its official promulgation.
