ON MAKING SUPPLEMENTS TO THE LAW “ON INSURANCE AND INSURANCE ACTIVITIES”
Article 1. Part 4 of Article 111 of Law HO-177-N of 9 April 2007 “On insurance and insurance activities” (hereinafter referred to as “the Law”) shall be supplemented with the words “, in a closed envelope signed — on the part of the envelope where it is closed — by the head of the executive body or the person substituting for the head of the executive body” after the words “based on a court decision”.
Article 2. Part 2 of Article 112 of the Law shall be supplemented with the words “, or electronically” after the words “in a closed envelope signed — on the part of the envelope where it is closed — by the head of the executive body or the person substituting for the head of the executive body”.
Article 3. Part 2 of Article 113 of the Law shall be supplemented with the words “, or electronically” after the words “in a closed envelope signed — on the part of the envelope where it is closed —by the head of the executive body or the person substituting for the head of the executive body”.
Article 4. This Law shall enter into force on the tenth day following the day of its official promulgation.
