LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA ON MAKING A SUPPLEMENT TO THE LAW "ON BANK SECRECY"

ON MAKING A SUPPLEMENT TO THE LAW "ON BANK SECRECY"

Article 1. Law HO-80 of 7 October 1996 “On bank secrecy” shall be supplemented with Article 13.5 which shall read as follows:

"Article 13.5.

Provision of bank secrecy to the Audit Chamber

1. Provision of credit information or information constituting bank secrecy, available with the auditee (inspectee) prescribed by the Law "On the Audit Chamber", to the Audit Chamber shall not be considered as disclosure of bank secrecy.".

Article 2. This Law shall enter into force on 1 January 2025.
