LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA ON MAKING A SUPPLEMENT TO THE LAW "ON BANK SECRECY"

ON MAKING A SUPPLEMENT TO THE LAW "ON BANK SECRECY"

Article 1. Article 6 of Law HO-80 of 7 October 1996 “On bank secrecy” (hereinafter referred to as "the Law") shall be supplemented with part 5 which shall read as follows:

"5. Making information constituting bank secrecy available to the compulsory enforcement officer as prescribed by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On enforcement proceedings" and by the regulatory legal act of the Board of the Central Bank, provided for by that Law, agreed with the Minister of Justice, shall not be considered as disclosure of bank secrecy.".

Article 2. This Law shall enter into force on 1 July 2025.
