ON MAKING AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO THE LAW “ON SECURED MORTGAGE BONDS”
Article 1. In Article 21 of Law HO-97-N of 26 May 2008 “On secured mortgage bonds”:
(1) in part 2, the words “in a press outlet with a circulation of at least two thousand copies and” shall be deleted, and the same part shall be supplemented with the words “and on the official website for public notifications of the Republic of Armenia at http://www.azdarar.am” after the words “on the official website of the Central Bank”;
(2) in part 5, the words “in a press outlet with a circulation of at least two thousand copies and” shall be deleted, and the same part shall be supplemented with the words “and on the official website for public notifications of the Republic of Armenia at http://www.azdarar.am” after the words “on the official website of the Central Bank”.
Article 2. This Law shall enter into force on the tenth day following the day of its official promulgation.
