ON MAKING SUPPLEMENTS TO THE LAW “ON BANK SECRECY”

Article 1. |
Part 2 of Article 10 of Law HO-80 of 7 October 1996 “On bank secrecy” (hereinafter referred to as “the Law”) shall be supplemented with the words “, or electronically” after the words “in a closed envelope signed —on the part of the envelope where it is closed —by the head of the executive body or the person substituting for the head of the executive body”. |

Article 2. |
In Article 11 of the Law: |
(1) part 1.1 shall be supplemented with the words “in a closed envelope signed —on the part of the envelope where it is closed —by the head of the executive body or the person substituting for the head of the executive body, or electronically” after the words “based on the court decision”;
(2) part 2 shall be supplemented with the words “, or electronically” after the words “in a closed envelope signed — on the part of the envelope where it is closed — by the head of the executive body or the person substituting for the head of the executive body”.

Article 3. |
This Law shall enter into force on the tenth day following the day of its official promulgation. |
