LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA ON MAKING AMENDMENTS AND A SUPPLEMENT TO THE LAW “ON COMPULSORY INSURANCE AGAINST LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF MOTOR VEHICLES”

ON MAKING AMENDMENTS AND A SUPPLEMENT TO THE LAW “ON COMPULSORY INSURANCE AGAINST LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF MOTOR VEHICLES”

Article 1. In point 4 of part 1 of Article 3 of Law HO-63-N of 18 May 2010 “On compulsory insurance against liability arising from the use of motor vehicles” (hereinafter referred to as “the Law”), the word “motorcycles” shall be replaced with the word “motorcycles”, and the same point shall be supplemented with the words “, mopeds, motor tricycles and quadricycles” added after the words “trolley buses”.

Article 2. Point 1 of part 2 of Article 25 of the Law shall be amended to read as follows:

“(1) motor vehicles with a maximum engine displacement and a maximum attainable speed or with a maximum engine power and a maximum attainable speed not exceeding the limits envisaged for being subject to state registration as prescribed by the Government of the Republic of Armenia”.

Article 3. This Law shall enter into force one month after its official promulgation.
